As vice president of policy and outreach, Holly Koehler leads ISSF’s outreach to RFMOs, governments, NGOs, vessel interests, and retailers. Prior to consulting with ISSF, Koehler worked at the US Department of State’s Office of Marine Conservation for thirteen years, where she was actively engaged in the conservation and management of fisheries regionally in the Pacific and globally at the United Nations and FAO.
