Little tunny tuna (Euthynnus alleteratus) 

Sub-tropical species endemic to the Atlantic Ocean that inhabits tropical and subtropical latitudes, including the Mediterranean, Black Sea and Caribbean Sea, Gulf of Mexico and Gulf of Guinea. In the Western Atlantic, they are found from the Gulf of Maine, Bermuda, and the Caribbean islands to the border of Brazil and Argentina. Little tunny lives in surface waters close to shore, mainly on the continental and insular shelves, and are frequently associated with reefs (Collette and Graves, 2019; Cruz-Castán et al., 2019).
