Erika Smith serves as the Vice President of Finance, where she oversees ISSF’s financial and administrative operations. Her responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxes, grant financial reporting, information systems, and human resources. Before assuming this role, Smith was a valued member of the ISSF consulting team, where she focused on accounting and office management.
Prior to working with ISSF, Smith held the position of Senior Revenue Forecasting Analyst with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Revenue. She was responsible for modeling and forecasting consumption tax revenue, reviewing and evaluating legislation related to the Governor’s budget, and verifying and processing the transfer of local sales tax revenue.
Smith holds a master’s degree in agriculture, environmental, and regional economics from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of New Mexico.
